KidsOut Head Over Heals with New Identity

0 As part of Bluegreen's ongoing work for the KidsOut charity a new
brand identity has been created. The new logo is contemporary
and bold whilst still retaining the element of fun which is what
KidsOut is all about!

KidsOut are a national charity providing fun and happiness for disadvantaged children
and young people and have worked closely with Bluegreen to produce a number of marketing materials.

MK Dons in the Community

0 MK Dons' Football in the Community team are the main link between the club and the Milton Keynes community. Providing a variety of football related programmes for boys and girls, young and old alike.
Working with the County FA and Local Authorites, Football in the Community aims to provide fun, educational projects which will help reduce crime locally and promote healthier lifestyles.

Bluegreen were asked to develop a flexible and standards compliant website containing information about the programmes on offer along with application forms. Central to the website development was a new content management system allowing regular updates to be added directly to the site by the Football in the Community team and easy management of the application forms.

Bluegreen "Getting Started" with Coeliacs

0 Around 1 in 100 people in the UK have coeliac disease although many remain undiagnosed. Bluegreen have just re-designed help and information packs, including this "Getting Started" guide, for Coeliac UK.
The symptoms are triggered by eating gluten and the packs are filled with useful information on what to eat, what not to eat and the side effects of the disease.

Park Woodfine Heald Mellows Branching Out Online!

0 Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP provide legal services to the Bedford, Northampton and Rushden areas and have been working closely with Bluegreen to roll out their new branding.

Bluegreen were asked to develop a flexible and standards compliant website containing information about the services on offer. Central to the website development was a new content management system allowing news updates to be added directly to the site by the Park Woodfine Heald Mellows team.

The site can be viewed at www.pwhmllp.com. An extension to the content management system covering a new Client Extranet is currently under development and will be added to the site soon.

Park Woodfine Heald Mellows 'Leaves' the Competition Behind!

0 Following the recent merger of Park Woodfine and Heald Mellows law firms, Bluegreen were asked to come up with a fresh branding concept as part of their marketing review.

The new Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP brand centres on a tree theme, representing each af the areas of practice with a fresh and contemporary illustrative approach.

The new identity has now been launched and will be rolled out across all Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP printed materials as well as their office signage. Bluegreen are currently implementing the branding on a new promotional brochure and a newly branded website will follow shortly.

New Flaming Logo for Bedfordshire & Luton Fire Service

0 Bluegreen were approached by the Bedfordshire & Luton Fire Service to look at their branding as part of their communications review.

The Combined Fire Authorities of Bedfordshire County Council and Luton Borough Council are perfectly encapsulated in the new identity with the Swan and Hat motifs whilst the fire, axe and water reflect the Fire &
Rescue services.

The new identity has now been launched and will be rolled out across all Bedfordshire and Luton Fire Service printed materials as well as their operational apparatus.

0 KidsOut are a national charity providing fun and happiness for disadvantaged children and young people and have worked closely with Bluegreen to produce a number of marketing materials.

With a wealth of information about the good work being carried out as well as and ever growing calendar of fundraising events their existing website was struggling to keep up. Bluegreen were asked to develop a flexible and standards compliant website to succeed it. Central to the website development was a new content management system allowing news updates and events to be added directly to the site by the KidsOut team.

The site can be viewed at www.kidsout.org.uk. An online donation system is currently in development and will be added to the site soon.

Performance Fuels for Badminton

0 As part of Badminton England's continuing pursuit for sporting excellence Nutritionist Juliet Wilson BSc worked alongside Bluegreen to produce a range of healthy eating leaflets.

The 8 leaflets cover everything from fluid requirements and nutrition for training and recovery to nutritional supplements and optimal body composition. Aimed squarely at badminton enthusiasts looking to gain a competitive edge, the folder of leaflets will be sold nationwide as part of Badminton England's continuing commercial drive.

A Direct Display!

0 HL Direct provides a direct line to Europe's largest manufacturer of retail display equipment for merchandising and in-store communications.

HL Direct asked Bluegreen to come up with an audio visual presentation to be displayed on Plasma Screens in their offices and suitable for use on the website. The resulting animation utilises the Blue Box motif from the logo to showcase the range of products and services on offer to good effect and with elements of humour to engage the viewer.

NIRAH make a splash online!

0 The NIRAH Project represents an exciting opportunity for Bedfordshire and the East of England as a whole. Potentially larger in scale than the highly acclaimed Eden Project in Cornwall the project promises to be the world's largest controlled fresh water environment for the study of aquatic habitats and species.

Currently in the crucial planning stages NIRAH approached Bluegreen with the view of launching a locally focused website to keep visitors up to date on the progress of the project. The website www.nirah.org also answers queries on anything from local planning issues to employment opportunities and environmental issues.

ASDA at the Waterfront!

0 For the third year running Blugreen have been working in conjunction with ASDA to design and produce a striking exhibition stand for the British Council of Shopping Centres (BCSC) exhibition.

This years exhibition took place at the Waterfront Hall, Belfast, and a fresh venue required a fresh approach to the ASDA exhibition space. A modern and stylish space housed a series of information panels with bold & fresh graphics each representing a different aspect of working in partnership with ASDA. Each panel also incorporated audio visual presentations to reinforce the corporate brochures, which were also developed by Bluegreen, for visitors to the show to find out more information.

Badminton England in a league of their own!

0 Following the successful rollout of the new Badminton England branding, Bluegreen were asked to develop a logo for the National Badminton League. An exciting new concept, the proposal would see the first professional Badminton League in England in its 112 year history as an organised sport.

Alongside the new logo Bluegreen have designed and produced a brochure for potential Team Hosts. The brochure outlines the benefits the new League format will bring, both to the sport at a national level and to the Team Hosts themselves.

As part of a comprehensive proposal for the Blue Peter team "A new partnership with old friends" presentation was put together to outline what could be achieved with Blue Peter's help.

It's Been Emotional!

0 2004 / 05 was the inaugral season for the Milton Keynes Dons, the only football league club to be formed in the 21st century, and what a dramatic season it turned out to be.

"Its Been Emotional" is the official DVD charting the roller coaster ride from the exciting start to the season to the incredible great escape from relegation on the last day. With packaging designed and produced by Bluegreen the DVD is sure to be a big hit with MK Dons fans of all ages.

0 Keen to promote the benefits of their Sixth Form programme, Bedford College asked Bluegreen to produce an advertising campaign outlining the benefits of choosing Bedford College. Bursaries are currently on offer to attract students and help out with the cost of their studies. Bedford College is the biggest and most successful sixth form in the county offering a wide range of subjects and many students go on to top universities.

0 The Yonex All England Open Championships is the Worlds greatest and most prestigious badminton grand prix tournament. Hosted at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham the event was broadcast around the globe and the Badminton Association of England organised event was the ideal opportunity to officially launch the new Badminton England identity onto the world stage.

Badminton England Celebrate New Look!

0 The Badminton Association of England (BAofE) is the sports governing body in England and encourages its development from grass roots, through clubs, local leagues and county organisations to the National squad and Olympic Games.
The BAofE appointed Bluegreen to re-design and reposition the national governing body under the new title of 'Badminton England'. The hand drawn shuttlecock device incorporates a jumping / celebrating figure which is in line with the organisations new vision - providing the inspiration, opportunities and pathways from beginner to medal winner.
Bluegreen are currently working on a series of audio visual presentations to accompany the launch as well as a corporate guidelines manual and implementation programme.

As part of this new communication strategy Bluegreen have designed, developed and launched www.mkymca.com, a website intended to showcase the good work being carried out by the MK YMCA and its partners in the Milton Keynes area. A user friendly content management system was also introduced to enable a website team within the MK YMCA to add news articles and advertise up coming events through the website.

Rushden & Diamonds kicked off their League 2 campaign with a draw at home to Kidderminster whilst Milton Keynes Dons also earned a League 1 point at home in their first ever league fixture. Sodexho, Raising The Bar!

0 Bluegreen have just completed a re-branding exercise on behalf of Sodexho UK, one of the country's leading catering and support services companies, to launch the new 'Sports Bar' at the National Hockey Stadium in Milton Keynes.

Following a £27,000 investment, The Sports Bar will re-open in mid August with seating for up to 70 guests, an integrated dance floor and a wide selection of beers and wines making it an ideal venue for almost any occasion.

0 Impressed by our continuing work with Rushden & Diamonds FC, Pete Winkelman, the music impresario and driving force behind the Milton Keynes Dons, has employed the services of Bluegreen as strategic partners and consultants for the large amount of design and implementation required for the start of the 2004/05 season.

Exciting times lie ahead for the club which has only recently come out of administration however a brand new purpose built stadium along with the new fan base surely mean the only way is up and top flight football could well be on the horizon for The Dons once more.

A-Line are an emerging football boot manufacturer from Italy who can proudly boast a list of international footballers such as Poyet, Karembeu, Zola, Kallon, Rebrov and Lopez. Dr Martens have an equally star studded line up with their boots famously sported by the likes of The Sex Pistols, The Who, The Clash, Madness, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and No Doubt.

Bluegreen's third successive year involved with the design and production of the full-time prospectus underlines the excellent working relationship with Bedford College.

It is really hard to create a brochure that appeals not only to the teenage market, but to their parents too. 0 The Diamond Cup III is Englands premiere 6-a-side football tournament sponsored by SEAT. It is an unparalleled event involving over 400 teams from as far as Liverpool, Newcastle, and Bristol. The finals will take place in May at Nene Park, home of Rushden and Diamonds FC.

0 Bedford Creative Arts (BCA) is the new name for Bedford Community Arts. The organisation which is supported by Bedford Borough Council and East England Arts commissioned Bluegreen to act as consultants for their ongoing rebranding programme, which is to reposition both Bedford Creative Arts and the associated BCA Gallery which is a new exhibition venue for lens based contemporary art.

The company is also advising on stationary, signage, marketing material, and website design.
