Beware Benefit Cuts!…
BPHA approached us to help communicate to their customers how the introduction of the Government's new benefit cuts would affect them and their families.
The brief showed that it was important that the complex, and potentially confusing messages be conveyed in a manner that would encourage action from customers, but at the same time not frighten them. Our approach was to talk a simple, straightforward language that communicates the fact that BPHA are able to help customers work through the imminent changes in a confident and helpful manner.
At the same time, we needed to convey visually that taking no action at all could result in unnecessary stress and concern. A difficult balance, but one that we've managed to achieve.
The project is currently ongoing, and utilises our skills within branding, digital, print and signage requirements.
